THE Papua New Guinea Cancer Foundation (PNGCF), in partnership with Oil Search Limited, is looking forward to host the Oil Search Daffodil Corporate Golf Challenge at the Royal Port Moresby Golf Club tomorrow.
All money raised from the challenge will go towards continuing cancer education and awareness programmes in communities and schools throughout the country next year.
PNGCF executive manger Priscillar Napoleon said: “We expect that this event will be just as much about enjoying a day on the golf course as it is about supporting the work of the foundation to conduct successful cancer education and prevention programmes throughout the country.”
This year marks the 17th straight year that Oil Search has sponsored Port Moresby’s longest-running golf event.
PNGCF would like to thank all participating golfers for their support towards extending and continuing the work of the foundation throughout the year.
The teams who have already registered to participate in the challenge are ExxonMobil, Motu-Koita Assembly, Oil Search, Mirupasi Lawyers, GFS Limited, Pacifica Women’s Network and Puma Energy.
Companies are encouraged to register teams for the challenge in the nation’s capital.
