Hagen GH will improve services

I REFER to the letter “Mt Hagen GH must live up to 5-star rating” (The National, May 31) by Jim Kange.
I acknowledge and take note of the comments raised by the writer and will use them as a base to improve our services so that our patients get a better service despite the limitation of resources.
It is normal for the office of CEO to invite patients and public for their views, suggestions and feedback on the services we provide as part of quality assurance so that with the available resources, we can improve the hospital’s processes and services and maintain these improvements.
I urge the public to write to the office of the CEO on any issues so that the hospital can address the issues raised.
