Hela leaders query vacancies

COMMUNITY leaders in Kopiago in Hela, Southern Highlands, claim the Hela Transitional Authority (HTA) did not advertise the vacant positions in their sub-health centre.
The leaders made this comment regarding an ad­-
vertisement placed in The National on Oct 19 by authority chief executive officer William Bando.
They said their Alumini sub-health centre was not included in the advertisement.
They said the centre served more than 3,000 people and it was not good that it had been missed out as it needed two nursing officers and three community health workers.
