Hospital extends special services

 THE Pacific International Hospital (PIH) in Port Moresby has extended its Mother’s Day offer of Well Woman Checks until Sunday.

The services include pap smear tests to helps detect cervical cancer, breast ultrasound to detect cancerous lumps which may lead to breast cancer and CT scans for all mothers. 

Other services on offer are free eye and dental checks, although the  offer does not apply to emergencies, in-patients and insurance patients. 

“Owing to demand, tremendous response and because of lack of time to accommodate everyone who wishes to take benefit of the PIH Mothers days, we are extending this offer till Sunday,” chief executive officer Ramanand Patnaik said. 

“These special offers are not just to celebrate Mother’s Day but also helping mothers lead a healthy future which is more than a gift.”
