Imbal Jr’s death a great loss to Jiwaka

THOSE who knew Kapal Imbal Jr referred to him as “lida man”.
As president of the Jiwaka Staff and Students Association at Unitech in 2009, he showed where his heart was.
He used to discuss and would remind us repeatedly during meetings, social gatherings, etc, about contributing positively to the development of Jiwaka when it became a province.
He also spoke of his dreams, visions and how he would contribute to the development of Jiwaka.
Sadly, he would not be able to live out his dreams to be an electrical engineer after his life was cut short.
Kapal Imbal Jnr was a person of high calibre who possessed a remarkable balance of academic and leadership skills.
He would definitely have contributed im­mensely to Jiwaka.
His death is a great loss to his family and clan, Wara­kar area, Jiwaka and PNG.
Farewell, my friend. Rest in eternal peace.
