Improve POM public transport

NCD governor, with two big events coming up in 2015 and 2018, one area of concern is public transport.
If you can work with relevant authorities, it will bring confidence to the city people.
Get rid of old, unworthy vehicles. Some taxis are not registered and share the same plate numbers while drivers dress like they just came out of the bushes after chopping firewood.
Control these issues and you will be a champion.
