THIS concern is regarding the non-issuing of the diploma certificates for graduates at teachers in colleges.
Teachers fill the resumption form at the beginning of every academic year and attach copies of their qualifications (diplomas, graduate certificates).
Can Balob and Dauli teachers colleges explain to us parents the delay in issuing diploma certificates?

  • I think there is a delay in all college in issuing Dip. Teaching Cert. The delay is with the education depart.
