Juffa education scheme queries

The Tertiary Student School Fee Assistance Scheme (TSSFAS) was introduced by Northern Governor Gary Juffa when he was elected in 2007.
We submitted our application for assistance (2016 to now) but have not received any feedback from the provincial government.
Every time we turn up at the office, we are told that there is no funding available or the money has been diverted elsewhere.
We have come to the conclusion that this is a failed scheme and a slap in the face for the people.
During Juffa’s campaign, he announced that education was a priority area.
Some of us cannot afford to fully pay our tuition fees and were therefore looking to the provincial government for assistance.
Do not fool your people.
