Kimbe showed ‘pasin west’

ON behalf of Team Southern Highlands I would like to thank the West New Britain provincial government, the events co-ordinators and all the people of West New Britain.
All our participants returned home safe and sound.
As I was walking around town I heard players excitedly sharing the experiences they had in Kimbe.
Some commented on the big pineapples, pawpaws, coconut juice, huge orange (pamolo), watermelons and one even commented on a very big cucumber he bought and jokingly said those cucumbers were so big that one would need carry it on his shoulder while the other enjoyed it.
They applauded your hospitality, friendly smiles and event dingy ride for the first time out to the beautiful reefs near Kimbe.
The players testified and acknowledged the true ‘pasin west’.
Congratulations West New Britain and thank you from up high in the Highlands; from Mendi valley to all the beautiful people of Kimbe.
