Kina bank fix your customer service

IT was very pleasant to hear that Kina Bank has fixed its home loan rates and is now offering competitive rates to attract new customers.
Good. Now can you fix your staff’s level of customer service towards its existing clients?
I am a current home loan customer and I am not very happy with the level of service from your home loan staff.
Currently, it takes ages for your staff to respond to simple queries.
For the past couple of months, I have been emailing and calling almost every day just to ask a simple question regarding my current home loan.
It has gotten to the point that it seems like the bank just doesn’t care and I am better off going somewhere else.
My work colleague had the same experience and ended up cc’ing the CEO of Kina just to get his issue sorted. It just shows how incompetent the staff are.
Perhaps Kina Bank should invest more into training their staff to respond to simple queries in a more timely and appropriate manner. What is the point in attracting new customers if you can’t retain them?

    Never seen a bank in so much trouble in the past.

  • HOW , is it possible for a KINA BANK member to withdraw from outer ports that are not included in their service regions example Alotau which has no kina bank where does that person have to go to withdraw ?

  • How long does it takes to recive an Eftpos machine from the bank after lodging an application??.. heard from Lae branch that application were sent to POM Down Town Branch, Officers responsible are sitting on the applications for the past 4 months with no single feedback at all, even phone call were goings into deaf eares, If that POM team can not peform their task then please sand them out, There are thousand of graduates looking for job every day….. Very fristrating, can an approprate Managers deal with that????… Your actions is required to have the EFTPOS Device issued out to your customers, business is very tought this times and we really need your best customer servicess…. YOur actions is needed.
