Lack of jobs a concern

Letters, Normal

I AM concerned with the lack of job opportunities for thousands of university and college graduates and school leavers every year.
For those who can afford it, they will continue with their studies by pursuing their masters so that they “are a step ahead” of the competition.
But for their majority of us, we find it hard to meet the fees and the option is to get a job.
However, getting a job is easier said than done.
With the so-called “wantok system” now like a disease, if you do not know the right people, your chances of getting a job is almost zero.
If the Government wants PNG to move forward, then it must do something to create jobs for its citizens.
