Leaders scared to report

Community leaders in Western Highlands have families and live in settlements.
If they report on those planting or selling marijuana, they will be attacked so for their safety, keep quiet.
Rather than calling on them to report, get police officers to visit the Stan Bom Market.
Police have done nothing, we are watching these activities every day.
Why can’t the so called task force and mobile squad just pick the perpetrators and lock them up?
I once watched some officers collect everything and burned them.
Then they freed the boys.
Why is that?
