Let NCDC control transport
WITH all the ongoing issues of overcharging, unsafe buses, assaulting PMV drivers and crews,
I suggest that all PMV operators’ licences should be revoked with the public transport system in Port Moresby run by the National Capital District Commission (NCDC). NCDC can partner with the PMV operators. NCDC can run a company whose shareholders will be the PMV operators and interested parties.
