Bank take responsibility:
WHEN will the banks in this country start taking responsibility for faulty ATM machines that debits customers’ accounts without providing the cash? On certain occasions, the ATMs are out of cash. This burdens customers causing additional stress and costs such as loss of hours, PMV and transportation charges etc… It is time the State audit the banks and the stress they cause on their customers. People are getting tired. Get it sorted.
