Where is the law: THERE seem to be no laws or control whatsoever on Route 13 buses to Taurama Beach.
These are my findings:

  • PMV fares from Manu to Taurama Beach is K2 per passenger regardless of age or students;
  • Most of the PMVs are not road worthy with no registration stickers;
  • The bus crew are harshly yelling to get passengers; and,
  • Bus stop at Manu is not safe with pick pockets and drug consumption on full public view.
