Mori prioritising roads and bridges to open up Chuave

THE CHUAVE district in Chimbu is prioritising to open up all rural roads and bridges to ensure a flow-in of basic services, Chuave MP Wera Mori says.
“It is only through road network that education, health and other services will flow, I am putting rural road maintenance as top priority ahead of others,” he said.
He contracted two construction company to maintain Gogo to Namabayufa airstrip via Karaweri at a cost of K2 million, from Wara Bako to Giriyu K300,000 and other roads on the list for much-needed maintenance were Keu to Gogo, Wango to Norome, Fimur to Oder, Karaweri to Kaputeine, Mogoma to Suagawa, Monega to Karando, Fomo to Nambayufa via Movi, Kumul to Sirikoge, Magiro to Kaubasis, Onuma to Gun and Goi to Mego.
