THE new Ford model “Ranger”, which offers the combination of both toughness and smart technology for safe and comfortable driving, has been introduced in the local market.
The Ford Ranger was launched by Niu Ford, the dealers of Ford vehicles in Papua New Gui­nea, at a ceremony yesterday in Port Moresby.
The vehicle has an outstanding safety provisions, excellent fuel economy and a new dimension in quality and comfort.
It was designed and developed to be among the forerunners of this new model to suit customers who will use it for both work and leisure purposes.
The new model delivers an impressive payload capability.
At the same time, it is fitted with innovative and comfort features that a dual user has come to want and value.
Craig Phipps, South Pacific district manager representing Ford in the Asia-Pacific region, said the new Ford Ranger was the first utility to be built under the “one Ford stra­tegy” and had benefited tremendously from the full engineering expertise of Ford around the world.
