Not all men are perpetrators

WHEN advocating for gender equality in Papua New Guinea, the teaching by Consultative Implementation & Monitoring Council facilitators that a boy child versus a girl child is not promoted by parents and families with the style of clothing, selection of toys, games they should play, stories they should tell and separate sets of rules sounds crazy.
Every living human being is born either male or female and this has been permanently separated naturally since the stem cell development so why should parents deny that a child is never a male or female but to raise both equally and allow either to choose whether they want to be a male or female later in life?
This is ridiculous!
The council is trying to discourage parents to raise a boy child to become a man and a girl child to become a woman.
They fail to note that once a child is born male, he remains a male and a female remains a female, unless off course this is manipulated by modern medicine and technology.
Where there has been some mix up during fetal development allowing for some sexes to be of mixed gander, let society handle the situation in the best manner we have always done since time began.
By now, the Consultative Implementation and Monitoring Council and the likes should already have data available to indicate which section of the male population in PNG has increased chances of inflicting severe harm to women.
Not all men in PNG should be seen as a perpetrator just because they have beards and a set of male anatomy.
Male advocates, there are much more important community and social issues to attend to rather than promoting women’s agenda and the Consultative Implementation and Monitoring Council/ family and sexual violence action committee’s foreign concept.
A man is a man and not a perpetrator as the Consultative Implementation and Monitoring Council portrays us to be.

  • Gender Equality is promotion of sodom and gomorah. Always refer to the basics in the Holi Bible not man made Gender Equality policy which talks total contrary to God’s words. Remember God’s one will be our judge during judgement seat

  • Totally agree, Sirox.

Gender equality law is the cause of all the Gender Based Violence we see in society today.
