One too many election managers

THIS is an open letter to the electoral commissioner. We noticed on the ground on circulars written and circulating in Mendi that we have two election managers in the likes of incumbent David Wakias and recently appointed Jacob Kurap. Your high offices are reminded that this is a very important position in provinces like Southern Highands where it experience fail elections and wide spread election fraud and allegation in the past. We need an experienced and neutral manager who will run the election without fear or favour. The two election managers are sending circulars and confusing the people so the electoral commissioner should come clear on this issue.
