Parkop, Kipit win top praise

Letters

AS the saying goes, when the wicked rules the people suffer.
But when the righteous are in authority the people rejoice.
This saying fits in well for National Capital District city residents where massive landmark developments are changing the face of Port Moresby at a fast rate.
Credit for this must go to Governor Powes Parkop and City Manager Bernard Kipit who have been setting their sights on good infrastructural developments to transform PNG’s nation capital into a modern city.
What the two servants are doing is the fulfillment of another saying, “Life as a leaf must fall but memory as a tree lives on”.
Governor Parkop and Kipit your honest conducts and milestone developments will be remembered for generations to come.
All city residents and dwellers are pleased with your work. Well done Parkop and Kipit.
