People suffer as two brothers fight for power

IT is sad to see PNG being torn apart by two brothers.
The elder brother thinks the nation is his.
The younger brother thinks the elder brother is like a Prodigal Son in the biblical story who went away and finished everything the father gave and is now coming back to get some more of the family wealth.
The younger brother may love the elder brother but he cannot allow the latter to do as he wishes and seizes control.
We are caught in between the fight for power.
Meanwhile, our mothers and children are losing their lives from a lack of medicines.
The bottom line is that family wealth has been abused again with basic services not reaching our people.
And all these come at the expense of the taxpayers like you and me.
