PNG needs more leaders like Parkop

NATIONAL Capital District Governor Powes Parkop has so far demonstrated initiative, honesty, resolution and decisive leadership at a level never experienced in PNG since Independence.
Since he was elected in 2007, I found him to be a focused leader who truly values hard work and commitment.
These attributes, coupled with his high level of competence and knowledge, makes him one of the best leaders PNG has in Parliament.
This Manus man has set a very high benchmark.
He adds value to development of our country and he is on his way to become an exemplary leader who will leave an indelible mark in PNG’s history.
We need more leaders like Mr Parkop because without strong and honest leadership, world-class projects that our Government is currently promoting will not translate maximum economic gains and wealth which every Papua New Guinean can enjoy.
