The Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League (PNGRFL) chairman Sandis Tsaka says the 2018 annual report, audited financials and constitutional amendments — among others — will be tabled at the annual general meeting (AGM) in Lae, Morobe, on Feb 26.
He said a meeting would be held after the AGM to discuss other rugby league matters.
Tsaka advised eligible delegates that travel and accommodation costs would be met by PNGRFL.
“Those affiliated leagues that complied with the PNGRFL requirements, registrations and completed their season with grand finals are eligible to attend,” Tsaka said.
“Subsistence and other costs are the responsibility of the delegates and their respective leagues.”
He said that only the presidents or their nominated representatives from each eligible affiliate league would be allowed entry at the AGM.
The AGM will start at 8.30am at the Lae International Hotel.
