Police must answer to call

 WANBEL Niapes letter yesterday on the change of Police appointments cannot go unchallenged. Police swore an oath to serve the country anywhere and must go where the Police Commissioner posts them. These are public positions and not one man’s birth right. The attack on Ben Turi is uncalled for. Every policeman comes to a position with his or her own characteristics. I am sure Turi has his own plans on how to tackle his new challenge. Anyone who serves in a public position must know that it is subject to change. Metropolitan commanders come go and we must all accept this. Show them Ben.
