Power to Motu-Koitabuans

 THE empowerment of the Motu-Koitabu people is needed. Let NCDC or an independent authority manage their funds. Do not let the defunct Motu-Koita Assembly manage it. Let NCDC look after the interests of the mk people because the so-called mandated authority has made a mess of it. Since the scheme was launched at east Motu-Koitabu why not launch a similar scheme in west Motu-Koitabu for the same amount.
