Total supported the initiative by building the new shaded canopy for the club last year. Club president Bruce Mackinlay thanked Total and committee member Ian Hodge for his contribution in bringing the new facility to life.
“It’s never been easier to practise your swing in a comfortable shaded setting,” Mackinlay said.

“ Hopefully, this new facility will enable more Papua New Guineans to fine tune their skills, turn professional and represent PNG on the world stage.”

“Balls can now be purchased at the Pro Shop, and you no longer need to worry about picking them up afterwards.
“Hopefully, this new facility will enable more Papua New Guineans to fine tune their skills, turn professional and represent PNG on the world stage.”
Mackinlay also thanked Prime Minister James Marape for his attendance and for showing the crowd how to flush a seven-iron right at the pin.
