THE Hohola Demonstration Primary School in the National Capital District will start enrolling grade 9 students from next year, according to principal Rotona Girana.
Girana said the enrolment of grade 9 students at Hohola Demonstration would be under the Government’s 1:6:6 policy to have all grades 1 to 12 in one school.
“We currently have 1809 students enrolled at the school and we have no problem enrolling grade 9 students next year because we already have classrooms funded and built through a grant from the Japanese government.
“We have just received the approval to enrol grade 9 next
year from the Education Department ,so we are looking forward to it.”
The school currently has 32 teachers and 1809 students, with five streams for each grades except for grage 8 where there are six streams from 8A to 8F.
