SOUTHERN Highlands Governor William Powi has embarked on a structured approach to service delivery.
He did that by introducing a development road map which he called a 5-year master plan with the help of many Southern Higlanders.
To date there is no report on any of the key performance indicators as there is no monitoring and evaluation programme to compliment and validate the work.

  • I won’t blame Powi for all those. His voters and supporters should be ashamed and blamed for all the corruption that is going on in SHP. They knew he was corrupt and yet they supported and voted for him. The same people are milking government funds thru fake projects and claims.
    Hope SHP vote for better leader come 2022 elections, and not vote for their personal gains. We cannot expect change to happen if we cannot use our God given brains wisely and follow our heart to choose a leader instead of following cargo and short term personal gains.
