Reimburse lost credits

DIGICEL is continuing to deduct mobile credits from its customers for no reason.
I had K2.70 worth of credits after purchasing the 1Tok prime time bundle at 10.17pm on Monday.
After using the data, I checked my credit balance and I was left with only K0.08.
I still had a balance of 28.42MB worth of data, 30 SMS and 20 minutes remaining at 11.10pm.
Where did my K2.70 go?
Please reimburse my credits and stop stealing from your customers.
