Remove settlements that breed thugs

THE decision by National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop to relocate settlers at Garden Hill to the back of ATS is commendable.
Garden Hills is a hot spot for thugs who harass citizens, especially females.
Settlers in 2-Mile, Badili, Kaugere, Morata, 5-Mile settlements should be relocated as well to pave the way for development.
We cannot continue to live as animals.
The world is changing, hence Port Moresby and its people’s attitude should change as well.
If people cannot change then just remove and relocate them elsewhere.
We cannot continue to be held at ransom just because of the ignorance of a few.
It’s about time people learn how to respect and live in unity and peace.
Enough is enough.
It’s time to take action.
