Remove unqualified lecturers

THE authorities looking after colleges in the country should start getting tough on institutions and getting rid of lecturers who are underqualified.
There is a good number of lecturers who are hiding in tertiary institutions and enjoying huge salaries pretending to be qualified and providing sub-standard knowledge to students.
This country needs qualified lecturers to deliver appropriate knowledge and skills to get the human resource of this nation in the right direction.
The job of moving this country forward is in the hands of the responsible departments overseeing tertiary institutions in this country.
It is scary seeing colleges having underqualified lecturers who are still around and delivering shallow knowledge to students. This is very bad.
The education system of this country is dropping because we are not getting the right people to do certain jobs.
When it comes to teaching or lecturing, this is where critical analysis is required to hire the appropriate personnel.
This is something the authorities overseeing tertiary institutions should look into.
