RESTORING peace is a struggle for the people of Sialum in the Tewai-Siassi, Morobe, according to a peace and good order group official.
Sialum peace and good order committee chairman Obert Daolinga said his LLG has come under many law and order issues such as payback killings, cult practices and others that have hindered developments from taking place over the years.
Daolinga made this statement during the presentation of his organisation’s certificate in Lae on Monday.
“This certificate will now empower me and the other four members of the committee as well as the other 20 representatives from the 19 wards in Sialum LLG to further bring normalcy into the LLG once again,” he said.
