Review virtual graduation decision

CAN the University of PNG council review its virtual graduation ceremony decision? As a graduating candidate, I am are frustrated by the decision.
We have been working hard over the years just to get the blue tube publicly.
Our families, friends, community and tribesmen should recognise us by witnessing our big day that we have been waiting for.
If the University of Technology in Lae can set its graduation ceremony on Nov 24, why cannot UPNG do the same?
