Routes 7, 9 bus crews not operating fairly

Letters

I RESIDE at Gerehu, Port Moresby, and commute by PMV to work and back home.
Every morning between 6am-8am, there are no PMV buses at the main bus stop at Gerehu Stage 2.
There is always a huge crowd congregating there just to catch a bus.
PMV buses, mostly for routes 9 and 7, do not complete their route – route 7 to Gordon and route 9 to 4-Mile.
Gerehu passengers are dropped off at Waigani while the buses head back to Gerehu.
Passengers are charged K1 from Gerehu to Waigani, then another K1 from Waigani to either Gordon or Boroko.
The same thing happens in the afternoon on the way home.
The regulated fare is K1, but we are paying K4 just to go to work or school and return home.
Can the National Capital District Commisison use their big buses to help us?
This would reduce crowds at bus stops and commuters would not be bullied by PMV bus drivers and crews who are filled with greed and are not being honest in their operations.
