Scheme should benefit everyone

AS published in The National Jan 27, the Morobe scholarship officer Robert Ryanga has stated that the scholarship was only for children whose parent or parents are from Morobe.
The ideology that Ryanga has is very unfair.
The scholarship must be fairly distributed.
What about the children whose parents are not Morobeans but live and raise their children in Lae?
Moreover, these children after their education will work and live in Lae and contribute to the development of this province.
The scholarship office should be fair with the scholarships as Morobe is made up of people of PNG as well.
Don’t think too locally, think broad and Morobe will develop.

  • All students schooling in Morobe should be benefiting. After all their parents have been their in those many years and even involved in elections as well.
