Seeking intervention on entitlements

Allow me space to seek intervention from both the health secretary and minister as to why the new management of the NCD Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) cannot settle all staff recreation leave Entitlements in a timely manner.
Under previous administration of the National Health Department, all the NCD clinics staff never faced such delays in receiving leave travel warrants.
There are rumours that all the funds earmarked in 2022 for staff Entitlements were diverted for other non-core activities like hire of cars. Every activity has its own funding appropriation and the new NCDPHA needs to get its acts right.
