Selection queried

I WOULD like to know why the University of PNG is not selecting students who scored the GPA of 2.8 despite it being a Department of Higher Education Research Science and Technology requirement.
Students exceeded the cut off marks set by DHERST, unfortunately, were offered space at the Institute of Banking and Business Management Port Moresby campus.
The IBBM Campus does not have accommodation to crater for students from other centres.
The school fee is K24, 400 per year which is too much.
It is for this reasons that many of us students from other centres cannot study there.
Please DHERST: Do consider the above before making selection for us students into various institutions to avoid difficulty.
