Seven new Covid-19 cases, total stands at 945

SEVEN new cases of Covid-19 has increased the total number of cases in the country to 945, with 10 deaths.
According to a statement from the National Control Centre, the latest cases were reported in West Sepik on Sunday.
The total includes the 28 cases reported in Madang on Thursday.
The centre said yesterday that three males and four females, ages from 25 to 44 years old, had tested positive in West Sepik.
All seven cases were healthcare workers detected in Vanimo through contact tracing.
To date, 17 provinces, including the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, have reported cases.
Globally, the total confirmed cases of the Covid-19 is 107,838,255, including 410,876 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.
The death toll is 2,373,398 of which 12,958 were reported in the last 24 hours.
