Stand for what is right

ACCORDING to theorists, a good democratic political system should have only two major parties, but Papua New Guinea has ignored theoretical principles by having many parties.
Perhaps, PNG has lived up to its typical way of improvising and doing things its own way.
The country has been operating under the umbrella of wealthy people.
In Parliament, MPs either create their own parties or are drawn to parties that can offer them access and other benefits.
Most MPs are drawn to benefits offered by parties.
This should stop.
