NAWAEB MP Timothy Bonga yesterday urged graduating students at Lanakapi Primary School in Lae not to lose sight of their goals.
In his keynote address, Mr Bonga encouraged the students from the settlement school to never give up but to strive to achieve their goals.

He hinted that the limited number of spaces for Grade Nine next year would cause problems for some students “who do not make it”.  However, they should “set their goals to achieve in life”.
Mr Bonga gave K10,000 to Lanakapi Primary School in Lae during the ninth Grade Eight graduation also announced that there were plans to improve Malahang Technical School and Nawaeb Lutheran High School to cater for the increasing number of Grade Eight students in the electorate.
Head teacher Mark Nuna acknowledged his hard working staff and the parents for assisting him in ensuring the school year ended well for the 66 graduating students.
