Take care of our girls, women

I AM sick and tired of reading news about sexual assaults within families.
It gives me headache reading all these animalistic acts by stupid fathers who behave as animals.
Daughters and sisters are part of your blood.
I don’t understand why these fathers and brothers do this.
Our daughters and sisters and all women deserve respect, love and care.
Instead of looking out for them, you rape, assault, abuse, reject, threaten and let our girls and women live hopeless lives.
As a result, they have no proper future.
Women and girls deserve respect, love and care from parents and importantly, fathers and brothers.
The Government should come up with tough penalties for fathers who sexually abuse their daughters.
These acts are satanic act and inhuman.
Such people should be toughly dealt with.
I heard from a victim of such actions who said: “I don’t know what I will say when my two-year-old daughter asks me who her daddy is when she grows older.
Her daddy is my father who raped me on five occasions when I was in grade 12 and threatened me not to talk about it.
“If I do so, he said he would kill me or else I won’t receive any support from him as a father apart from his other kids.
“So I kept it secret until I was pregnant and gave birth to my baby.” If you are a father to a daughter, please respect and love her as your own and create her a better place to live.
Do not sexually abuse your daughter.
Don’t make her suffer for the rest of her life as what the victim’s father did.
