Thank you Marape for supporting SMEs

Letters

WANT to congratulate Prime Minister James Marape for his vision to make locals become successful in running businesses.
His cabinet has allocated K80 million to the National Development Bank for people in small to medium enterprises to get loans and start their businesses.
That is the only way to go if we want to take ownership of our country by supporting locals to participate in the economy.
Right now, foreigners are taking over businesses that we locals can do such as running trade stores.
The Cabinet is pushing for road infrastructures to have farmers in remote areas access markets under the Connect PNG policy.
That is good because roads are the only way farmers and people in rural areas can access services.
We should be happy for a prime minister such as Marape.
