Thank you Kaupa for SME, fees support

I ACKNOWLEDGE the Moresby North East MP John Kaupa and his office for rolling out two important programme funding for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and the tertiary school fees support through the district services improvement programme grants.
It is a great relief for the struggling parents and students.
It is a big relief for the women, youths, churches and other groups.
