Time to stop flashing lights

WHEN is the Police traffic team going to deal with all these vehicles running around with flashing and coloured lights? When was there are change in the traffic law which allowed private security companies to have flashing and coloured lighted on their vehicles? Vehicles carrying dead people with emergency lights do not have the licence to close roads, block the flow of traffic and generally cause havoc for the travelling public. The facts are clear, there are no provisions under the traffic law that allow these f to do whatever they want. It is only in PNG that we believe we have the right to wake the dead with blaring illegal sirens speakers and flashing lights. Wake up police and stop this nonsense on our roads.
