THIS is a congratulatory message to Bogia MP John Hickey on the decision of the National Court in Madang last Friday. Once again, the court has prevailed as our last banner of hope. The decision of the court should now take that unnecessary weight off your aging shoulders. Enjoy the rest of your term in parliament and retire gracefully. To those desperados who attempted to tarnish your name, the court proved your worthiness.  We, the people of Bogia District who elected you, knew all along that this court case will be another money wasting exercise.
