Wake up, Nuku people

I CALL on the people of Nuku to wake up and open their eyes.
Have they seen any development taking place in the past 14 years?
Are the goods and ser­vices reaching them?
Are their children benefiting from the Nuku district school fee subsidy?
I have not seen any progress and there is an unfair distribution of goods and services.
The majority of the people are suffering from a lack of health services.
Roads have become pig tracks and the people are forced to become donkeys, carrying bags of cocoa beans and walking for miles to reach the nearest road to sell their produce in Wewak.
