Western leaders challenged

I AM urging all the leaders of Western to be constructive.
The leaders should show to the people of Western that they are constructive to show they are serious about leading the province.
If the leaders are constructive, the province will benefit and progress and achieve good results.
Constructive leadership requires a constructive culture; constructive culture requires constructive leadership and both can combine to improve the performance of a leader.
There are many issues affecting Western with problems sitting there waiting to be solved.
Although the national Government has made great plans for the province, especially the LLGs, those plans have not been fulfilled.
I appeal to all Western leaders to apply constructive behaviour towards their leadership in order to create a constructive culture.
