WHP failing, do something

Letters

THE public service machinery in Western Highlands is collapsing because there is not a proper management system.
People, especially public servants, are not working despite being on the government payroll.
Under the law, a provincial administrator should be acting on the position for three months, but in Western Highlands, it is taking ages.
This is why the province is not progressing.
We are experiencing many killings in the province, tribal fights and blood shed, but no one is addressing them.
Western Highlands people residing outside the province should not think that Mt Hagen is safe.
Things are getting worse.
I fear that in the next five to 10 years, this province will collapse.
The Government should immediately step in and check this.
Western Highlands is a big province and stability is needed.
Someone needs to stand up and speak because if we keep ignoring these issues, our province will crumble.
I am not playing politics.
I am raising this concern as a leader and a citizen.
