Why block access to NPF compound?

THE very long period of time taken in the construction of the road from 9-Mile to Sogeri is understandable, but blocking off the NPF Compound’s front entrance is very annoying and unprofessional.
We cooperated with the construction company when power and water was cut earlier without notice, but we cannot cooperate with this road block.
If you want us to use the back road, then send your grader to fix the road so both low and high vehicles can use it, otherwise, engage another subcontractor to do it.
