Why the hold up Sports Foundation?

WHY it is taking too long to appoint a chief executive officer (CEO) for the Papua New Guinea Sports Foundation?
A year has now and still nothing has been said or heard about and appointment for this most important position in the organisation.
This is a State agency created under the Act of Parliament so leaving it without the permanent head for a long period of time is unconstitutional.
The year is about to end and I hope the PNG Sports Foundation has the permanent CEO before the close of business for the festive season.
I suggest, prime minister, you should intervene and sort out this matter once and for all.
